Food usage tracking

Build a picture of what your household uses, starting with simple observations rather than another guess at the store.

A clearer view of what is running low and a proposed basis for future refill amounts.

What this involves

  1. Record what each container holds and your estimate of how much remains.
  2. During a future measurement service, compare dated observations in consistent units and account for refills between them.
  3. Review the pattern with your household before using it to suggest a future quantity.

Before you start

Start with a few staples you use often. Distinguish a visual estimate from a measured weight, and note unusual weeks such as guests or travel.

My Pantry currently stores a manually entered remaining percentage. It does not keep measurement history, connect to scales, calculate consumption rates, or automatically predict when food will run out.

Available today

Use My Pantry’s remaining amounts and low-stock view today. Measurement history and usage forecasts are planned.
