Before you start
Bring the original labels or supplier details you still have. Tell your provisioner which shelf arrangement works for you and which containers should stay where they are.
Rotation organizes food; it does not establish whether food is safe. Missing dates stay unknown, and a refill does not reset the age of food already in a container.
