Part of the pilot plan

Container washing

Make cleaning and drying part of the refill routine, with clear responsibility for your containers and shared ones.

An agreed cleaning plan, including which containers you prepare and which return through the service.

What this involves

  1. Identify your own containers separately from returnable service containers.
  2. Review container care instructions, condition, and the planned contents.
  3. Agree how empty containers are collected, cleaned, dried, and returned before another refill.

Before you start

Keep manufacturer care instructions where available and mention damaged lids, seals, or containers. Agree any extra washing work before a visit.

The pilot tote-swap estimate includes preparation and washing. Standalone washing of household containers is not currently bookable; a container must be suitable for its intended food use.

Available today
