Tote swap
$15 + $2.50 / portion
A shared delivery route with returnable food containers. Preparation and washing are included. Refundable packaging deposits are separate.
Full-service visit
$18 + $60 / hour
Travel and coordination, plus pantry care in 15-minute blocks with a 45-minute minimum. Refilling your own containers is included. Returnable packaging adds $2.50 per portion for preparation and washing, plus deposits.
A little food or a full pantry?
Grocery prices are by weight and stay the same across fulfillment choices. The grocery minimum is $30. There’s no percentage service fee and no tip added to your request.
A refill portion is one product up to its listed portion size: usually 1 kg, 250 g for spices and cocoa, and 100 g for leafy herbs. Each product’s portions are rounded up separately. Five different spices take more handling than one bag of rice, even when they weigh less.
Delivery includes up to 10 kg. Additional weight is $1 per started kilogram. Requests above 30 kg or 60 portions need a custom plan.
In-home time grows with the number of portions and the weight of the order. You can add 30 or 60 minutes for extra organizing. The estimate is shown before you submit; extra work is never automatically charged.
The containers come back.
Returnable packaging carries a planned refundable deposit of $2 per food container and $8 per tote. A tote holds up to 12 portions or 15 kg. Deposits are shown separately and aren’t a service charge.
No deposits are collected during this request phase. When paid service launches, returns will be credited after inspection. This checkout does not assume you have returned containers or apply unverified credits.

For full service, find a provisioner or select an active agreement at checkout. The request estimate is reviewed alongside that agreement before confirmation—it is not an extra fee on top of the same work.
Availability, the delivery address, supplier ingredients, and final prices are confirmed before accepting an order. Your preferred date is a request, not a booking.
